These listings include a larger format winter cover measuring 6.6 by 10 feet. This size is particularly useful for tall walk-in runs where more vertical or horizontal surface area needs protection from the elements. The waterproof fabric acts as a sturdy shield against rain, snow, and biting winter winds that can stress poultry.

The package comes with the necessary ropes and cable ties to ensure a snug fit on various cage styles. Because the tarp is designed for outdoor durability, it can withstand the rigors of winter weather without tearing easily. It provides an effective layer of insulation that helps keep the interior of the run significantly calmer and drier.

Adding this cover to a large chicken cage is a simple way to winterize your setup. It covers a significant area, reducing the amount of moisture that enters the bedding area. This helps prevent the ground from freezing or becoming a muddy mess, ensuring your chickens have a comfortable space to move around even in January.
